Product Return Policies (RMAs)

General Product Return Policy

Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from invoice date.  No exceptions.

Returns on credit card purchases will be issued as a Credit Memo only, minus credit card fees.

All returns and cancellations will incur at 10% restocking fee if product has shipped/is in transit.  No exceptions.

 

All Unopened Hardware Returns

Unopened hardware may be returned up to 30 days from the date of invoice.

0-30 days from invoice date:

A dealer Credit Memo will be issued once the product has been returned and verified as unopened/unused.  Any shipping and payment processing fees will be deducted from the total of the Credit Memo before it is issued to the Reseller.

After 30 days from invoice date: NO returns.

 

All Opened Hardware Returns

No refund or credit will be given for opened product of any kind.

All Manufacturer products must be handled by the Manufacturer directly.  

Broadcast USA is happy to assist Resellers with the Manufacturer contact information if necessary.


Software Returns

All software sales are final. No exceptions.


Defective Product Policy

Defective products are to be returned directly to the Manufacturer.  Most Manufacturers will require additional information to confirm/substantiate that the product is truly defective.  This may require coordination with a Technical Support Representative of the Manufacturer.

If the product is deemed defective by the Manufacturer, the Manufacturer will issue the Customer/Dealer an RMA Number.

All shipments for defective product should be sent directly to the Manufacturer.
