Product Return Policies (RMAs)

Defective Product Policy

Defective products are to be returned directly to the Manufacturer.  Most Manufacturers will require additional information to confirm/substantiate that the product is truly defective.  This may require coordination with a Technical Support Representative of the Manufacturer.

If the product is deemed defective by the Manufacturer, the Manufacturer will issue the Customer/Dealer an RMA Number.

All shipments for defective product should be sent directly to the Manufacturer.

General Product Return Policy

Broadcast USA’s Return Policy will be determined by the policies imposed by the individual Manufacturers.  The General Product Return Policy (RMA Policy) will be implemented by Broadcast USA on behalf of the Manufacturers and will defer to said Manufacturer’s Policies and Procedures for Returned Product.

Once an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) request is approved, the Reseller will be issued a Broadcast USA RMA Form with a corresponding RMA Number and shipping instructions. Broadcast USA must receive ALL Products listed on the RMA Form within TEN (10) days from the date that the RMA Number is issued. Please Do Not ship any product without an Authorized RMA Number clearly marked on the box. Any unauthorized returns will be refused or shipped back at the expense of the Reseller.
