Our Total Account Management Strategy provides a single point of contact for our Channel Partners. Each Partner is assigned to an Account Manager who acts as their internal source for all facets of their relationship with us. The Account Manager supports the Partner in all areas including product pricing, information and availability, as well as their individual account status. Having one contact ensures better coordination of effort and efficiencies on behalf of our Partners.
If an account is inactive for 12 consecutive months it will be closed and all required paperwork will have to be re-submitted. We will not accept any orders until the required paperwork is received and approved. In addition, we reserve the right to adjust the credit lines and account status at our discretion.
Access to Accounts Online
Certain Channel Partners will be afforded the ability to access and manage their accounts online. Your Account Manager will explain the different levels of access available to each Partner. Some of the advantages to this are:
Order products online, whenever, wherever.
Track the status of orders, including purchase orders, invoices, and shipping information.
Access all Manufacturers collateral, including product pricebooks, technical specifications, marketing information etc.
Receive breaking product news and information.
